Why was I charged after I cancelled my subscription?

After you successfully cancelled your subscription, we will not take any further payments.

Sometimes, it may take a few hours/days for our payments to reflect on your bank statement. The subscription renewal payment is made on Wednesdays or Saturdays. We process subscriptions the day after the draws on Tuesdays and Fridays to avoid renewals failing on the first attempt. 

It is particularly likely for people who cancel their subscription in the weekends, as banks typically don't show direct debits until after the weekend. 

Please double check your details in My Account to confirm your subscription has been cancelled successfully.
